PAYMENT:
50% deposit required payable by check, money order or paypal.
Cleaning fee - $75.00
Security deposit - $200.00
Final payment is due 14 days prior to check in along with the cleaning fee and security deposit.

Check in time: 3:00PM day of arrival
Check out time: 10:00AM day of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
A sixty (60) day written notice is required for cancellation for weekly rentals.

will not rent to vacationing students or singles under (25) years of age unless
